Videostream demuxed with MakeMKV to include the DV layer. For Audio/Subtitles/Chapters eac3to was used.
Subtitles added from the other Blu-ray(s) and tonemapped.
Turkish Subtitles are WebVTT (retail) sourced and converted to PGS / .sup.
Also fixed Brazilian sub timings in chapter 14, where there is added an addition 24 frames compared to
the USA disc. This goes back to normal in chapter 15.
